According to a press release issued by Navarro County Defense Attorney, Daniel Biltz, on Wednesday, a Navarro County Jury found Kenneth Cook, Jr., not guilty of the charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child, under 14.
Cook was acquitted just before noon on Wednesday in District 13 Judge James Lagomarsino’s courtroom, following a lengthy trial.
The convened jury deliberated for less than an hour, according to the release, before returning their acquittal.
