Cliff Wiley, a Corsicana High School History teacher, has made no secret his intention to run for United States Congress. After a trip to the Texas Republican Party office in Austin, Texas, he has made his candidacy a reality.
Wiley, a self proclaimed Conservative Republican, resides in Corsicana with his wife and two children. The congressional candidate served in the United States Marine Corps and is a combat veteran.
He stated, “I am running to restore congressional representation to TX6. I will help to secure our nation’s sovereignty, pass fiscally responsible legislation, take care of America first, and above all, adhere to the Constitution of the United States of America.”
