Two Corsicana High School alumni recently earned American FFA Degrees, the highest honor achievable in the National FFA Organization.
Orian Gaston and Jaxson Brown, both 2024 graduates of Corsicana High School, received the American FFA Degree, which recognizes members’ dedication to their chapter and state FFA association. The degree demonstrates the effort members apply toward their supervised agricultural experience and the outstanding leadership abilities and community involvement they exhibited throughout their FFA careers.
“American Degrees are awarded to students who continue their supervised agriculture experiences after high school,” said Miranda Johnson, CHS agriscience teacher and FFA advisor. “Only about 1% of FFA members earn this degree.”
