FREECO DUMPSTER DAY

Southern Oaks Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a Dumpster Day exclusively for Freestone County Residents in the FM 416 area will be Saturday, May 13 from 8am to 2pm at the Southern Oaks VFD fire station.
Sponsored by Freestone County Commissioner Clyde Ridge, the event will assist FM 416 residents to clean up their properties.
Most non-hazardous items will be accepted, such as BBQ grills, appliances, furniture, metal, computers, etc.
Items that will NOT be accepted are: brush including leaves, oil or oil products, tires and wet paint.
No business or commercial waste will be accepted.
Commissioner Ridge stated, “This is free for all Freestone County residents and landowners.”
