Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home, a cornerstone of the community since 1946, continues to provide compassionate care to families during their time of need. As a fourth-generation family-owned business, Griffin-Roughton has a deep-rooted commitment to serving the community.
Tina and Billy Roughton, the current owners, have been dedicated to the funeral home for decades. Tina, the funeral director, has been with the business for 24 years, while Billy, a licensed embalmer, has been in the industry for 30 years. The couple purchased the funeral home from Billy’s parents in 2015, continuing the family legacy.
The Fairfield location, opened in 2000, is staffed by Patty, a dedicated employee who has been with the business for three years. Patty’s longstanding connection to the Roughton family dates back to her childhood, further emphasizing the close-knit atmosphere of Griffin-Roughton.
What sets Griffin-Roughton apart from other funeral homes is their unwavering commitment to treating every family like their own. The business prides itself on a non-discriminatory approach, ensuring that all individuals receive compassionate and respectful care.
If you or someone you know is in need of funeral services, the hardworking team at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home is available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
