HUBBARD MOVIE NIGHT
Mark your calendars for next Friday, August 4, for Movie Night. This will be a free family community event, sponsored by Pathway. Movie starts at 8:30/dusk, at the Hubbard Food Truck Park at 214 N. Magnolia Ave. Free popcorn, cotton candy and drinks. Also, food trucks will be on site. Movie will be Spider Man No Way Home.

Free and welcome to all, the Men’s Conference Retreat will be held on Saturday, August 5. This is a special time for men to enjoy inspiration, fellowship, and food. Doors will open at 9:00 AM and event begins at 10:00 AM. Lunch will be provided. Each attendee will receive a free raffle ticket for a chance to win some amazing door prizes, including a guiding fishing trip for up to five people, hunting and fishing gear, and more. The definition of grief is very broad: mental anguish (as arises from bereavement), regret, annoyance, frustration, etc. Has something happened to cause sadness, depression, and/or anxiety to take up residence in your life? No one is immune and there is no shame is seeking help and comfort. If something traumatic has happened in your life and you are in search for a new normal, we welcome you to join with us in your journey at Hubbard Cowboy Church, located at 877 State Hwy 171. Support group meets the first Monday of every month at 6:30 PM. Join us for our next meeting on Monday, August 7.
BACK TO SCHOOL RALLY
On Saturday, August 12, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the Wheatley Recreation Center will be holding their Annual Community Back to School Rally. Attendees will receive free backpacks, school supplies, hotdogs, drinks, and more, at 501 SW Davis St.

2023 HUBBARD HOMECOMING
Save the date for Hubbard’s Homecoming weekend, Hubbard Jaguars vs. Dawson Bulldogs, September 29 and 30. Events will include a downtown pep rally, parade, ex-students business meeting, as well as live bands and dancing.
