The Missoula Children’s Theatre Red Truck Tour will be visiting Fairfield, Texas, from July 28 to August 2.
Each year, MCT visits over 1,000 communities worldwide, and this year, the Trinity Star Arts Council is proud to bring this exceptional program to our community. The initiative offers a complimentary, week-long theater camp for students in grades 1 through 12. Participants will engage in live theater production, arts education, team-building activities, workshops, and create lasting memories. As Missoula Children’s Theatre says, “On Monday they’re cast as characters, and by Saturday, they’ve gained character—the kind that really counts!”
The tour team will arrive in Fairfield on July 28 in their distinctive Red Truck, fully equipped with a set, lighting, costumes, and props—everything necessary to produce a theatrical performance. Interested participants are encouraged to pre-register online, as space is limited. Auditions for the production of Hansel and Gretel will be held on Monday, July 28, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Fairfield High School auditorium for students who have completed pre-registration. Rehearsal schedules will be communicated during the week, with two public performances scheduled for Saturday, August 2.
