Winston Promoted As Richland Interim Chief

After a Richland City Council Meeting held this week, Danielle Lee-Winston was promoted as Interim police chief.

Winston has been a constant staple in the Richland community since she was hired in September 2020. She stated, “Richland Police Department is now and has been a community driven department. I intend to be available at any time the citizens of Richland and Angus need me to be.”

Chief Winston invites the citizens of Richland and Navarro County to come in to the Richland Civic Center and visit with her with any concerns they have.
