Emergency Medical personnel were dispatched on Monday afternoon to a MedSpa location in Wortham.
Jenifer Cleveland, Texas 99 employee, was unresponsive upon arrival by EMT’s, and was transported by ambulance to Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia. Cleveland was pronounced deceased shortly after arrival. Wortham Police Chief Kelly Butler stated, “Wortham PD is investigating circumstances surrounding the death of Mrs. Cleveland. We are trying to collect as much information as possible surrounding this tragedy.”
Cleveland, Fairfield resident and popular among the NavCo and FreeCo communities, was a wife, a mother to four children and grandmother to one. Known affectionately as Jeni, she will be missed by many who knew her.
A full autopsy has been ordered and The NavCo Chronicle will update as soon as more information becomes available.
