The Corsicana Public Library celebrated Harry Potter Week from July 28 to July 31. On Monday, July 28, 2025, guests enjoyed a screening of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, followed by cake, punch, and an exciting costume contest. Attendees had three cake options to choose from, including the famous pink cake from the movie, and everyone sang Happy Birthday to Harry Potter. 
Thirteen children participated in the costume contest, while the other guests cheered and applauded for their favorite costumes. The winner received a cozy Harry Potter-themed blanket as a prize. The event was a magical success, bringing together fans of all ages to celebrate the wizarding world.
