The Corsicana Palace Theatre acknowledges the recent legal developments involving financial malfeasance under a former executive director who pled guilty to a 1st Degree Felony Theft of a Non-Profit. Upon discovering financial irregularities, the Palace Board took proactive measures to implement stringent financial oversight protocols and restructure internal controls to ensure this never happens again.
Despite this, we are still in a period of rebuilding our financial solvency and are deeply grateful to the generous patrons, beneficiaries, and the broader community for your support during this difficult time.
The Board of Directors continue to be committed to the enrichment of Corsicana, through the performing arts. Over the past 23 years, the Palace Theatre has been a center of cultural and civic activity for Corsicana and Navarro County.
We look forward to starting a new season and a new chapter at the Palace.
