Michael Preston Edwards has been arraigned and is being held at the Navarro County Justice Center with a $500,000.00 bond.
Edwards was arrested in Hempstead, Texas by Waller County Sheriff’s office and he was transported back to Navarro County yesterday afternoon. The murder warrant was issued by Navarro County District Judge James Lagomarsino and executed by The DPS Texas Rangers unit with assistance of the Waller County Sheriff’s Department on Monday evening.
