On February 15, 2022, Corsicana Narcotics Detectives executed a search warrant on Northwest County Road 2100. There were four subjects located at the residence and all were detained/secured without incident.
The home was search and Methamphetamine was located in all areas of the home where subjects were located. A total of approximately 86.2 grams of methamphetamine were located inside the residence along with approximately 15 grams of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) Oil.
Multiple digital scales, baggies for packaging, and various amounts of paraphernalia including syringes.
All subjects were arrested for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 (Methamphetamine) over 4 grams and under 200 grams, a first degree felony. One of the subjects had an additional charge of Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 (Tetrahydrocannabinol Oil) over 4 grams and under 400 grams, a first degree felony as well.
Held at NCJC on $100,000 bond for Manufacture and Delivery of CS PG 1 +4G<=200G; Jason Timothy Sanchez, 42, Dennis Pair, 60 and Jimmy Richter, also charged with additional charge of Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 2 +4G<=400G with a $100,000 bond.
