CAR SHOW HAS BECOME A RECENT STAPLE AT THE KCHF FOR MANY YEARS. This year,
the committee will honor the late Navarro County Constable Raychaun Ballard by presenting a new
Best of Show award. Presenting the award on Saturday will be Samara Ballard, the widow of the fallen
constable. Raychaun Ballard lost his life in August after complications of COVID-19.
