NAVARRO COUNTY HELD IT’S FIRST RECOVERY COURT ON MONDAY AFTERNOON IN THE NAVARRO COUNTY DISTRICT COURTROOM.
The new program, brought forth to the county by District Attorney Will Thompson, will be presided over by District Judge James Lagomarsino.

Thompson began the research long before he took office last January. Attending other Recovery court proceedings, meeting with the Homeward Bound program directors, Thompson finally presented to Commissioners’ Court last March.

District Attorney Will Thompson stated, “I want to thank Judge Lagomarsino, the North Texas Behavioral Health Authority, and Homeward Bound for making this possible.”

This program will meet in District Court twice a month, according to District Attorney Will Thompson.
