THE VIETNAM VETERANS ASSOCIATION CHAPTER 1009 – NAVARRO RIFLES PRESENTED THREE NAVARRO COUNTY ORGANIZATIONS WITH honorary plaques honoring their dedication to veterans in Navarro County. VVA members began their day at the Navarro County Veterans Office with Tim Easley, NavCo’s publisher Kris Smith, and ended the afternoon at the ExpressCare Valvoline location on W 7th Avenue.
